Euchre Tournament – November 29
Submitted by Webmaster on Wed, 11/05/2008 - 23:01The Rainbow Rockers Curling League will once again be organizing a euchre tournament on the evening of Saturday, November 29 starting at approximately 7:30 pm (following the conclusion of the regularly scheduled 5 pm game that day). Registration fee is $20.
Registrations will be taken during the 50-50 sales at each of the next 3 weeks’ games. Or, if you wish to register in advance, send your name and email contact to Jeff Morrison at promotions@rainbowrockers.com. Space is limited, so register today!
Intermediate Curling Clinic on Saturday, November 15th
Submitted by Webmaster on Wed, 11/12/2008 - 09:54There will be an intermediate curling clinic at the Ottawa Curling Club on Saturday November 15th. This will be of interest to curlers with some experience, who want to improve their skill level. The clinic starts at 9:30 a.m. and will end around 4:00 p.m. Off-ice instruction will be offered in the morning until noon and then on-ice instruction in the afternoon starting at 1:30. Everyone is on their own for lunch. Cost is $20.00 and can be paid on Saturday. If there are any questions, please contact Kevin Wilson at membersip@rainbowrockers.com.
Fall Fun Spiel - Please note changes

Registration for the Fall Fun Spiel will close on Friday, October 31 at 4pm. To register, please send an e-mail directly to Kevin Falkingham, Acting Bonspiel Chair at kfalking@hotmail.com. Registration is $15. Everyone will play 2 games, and all of the money collected will be used as prizes and/or coupons.
Game times (here's the changes!) will be: 12 noon & 3:00pm.
If you have already signed up for the spiel, but have not paid, you must pay before starting your first game. Please see Kevin Falkingham.

Bare Your Bones Bonspiel - CANCELLED

Rotators' Annual Bonspiel, November 22 and 23, 2008
The Toronto Rotators' curling club will be holding their annual bonspiel on November 22 - 23, 2008. Registration is now open for out of town teams. Out-of-town teams should register as soon as possible. Ottawa teams interested in participating, can contact the Ottawa bonspiel co-ordinator for a copy of the registration form.
